Angel Connection Circle

Ran the first in a series of 6 (one per month) Angel
Connection Circles last night. Thank you to those who
braved the cold and listened to the inner stirring of
their intuition to spend time at the event and connect
re-connect or deepen their relationship with God energy.

Why is it so hard for us to take time for ourselves and
for what reason do we disconnect from one of the most
empowering and loving sources available to us?

I’ve been modelling and acting for about 26 years now
and what I find interesting about the whole experience
is how one feels about themselves shows on our outside.

Have you ever watched someone in a live show of some kind
and felt very comfortable within yourself? Have you ever
watched someone in a live show and felt very uncomfortable
within yourself?

Chances are you are feeling what they are feeling? The words
we say to ourselves are powerful. How do you speak to yourself?
How do you feel about yourself?

I feel like we are given such a neat opportunity to explore this
inner landscape we find ourselves in.  There are so many ways
that we can move through this life, so many options and so many

How do you explore your physical body?  Do you dance, do you run,
play tennis, walk, or do you do anything at all besides sit on a couch
and watch television.

How do you explore all the aspects of the thinking mind?  Do you read,
do you take classes, do you spend time with friends and explore their
patterns of thought?

How do you explore your emotions?  Or do you?  This is an exciting and
abundant place this earth to hang out and see what we are really made of?

Do you know what you are made of?

Someone just the other day said to me ‘where do you put your
ego when you are in Yoga’.  I thought that was such an interesting
question.  The definition of ego is a person’s sense of self esteem
or self importance.

Do we really feel like we have to put aside our sense of self importance
to learn more about ourselves.  If we feel we are important wouldn’t that
help us want to learn more about ourselves?

Its an interesting place this earth school that we
choose to live in. We have so many options to find
information. We have libraries, we have TV (haha),
we have experts in their field, we have each other
as mirrors…etc…etc….etc…
Of course the most important information source we
have is ourselves. How well do you know yourself?
