I’ve been modelling and acting for about 26 years now
and what I find interesting about the whole experience
is how one feels about themselves shows on our outside.

Have you ever watched someone in a live show of some kind
and felt very comfortable within yourself? Have you ever
watched someone in a live show and felt very uncomfortable
within yourself?

Chances are you are feeling what they are feeling? The words
we say to ourselves are powerful. How do you speak to yourself?
How do you feel about yourself?

Words are powerful

Have you ever felt like your life is an emotional rollercoaster of
emotional ups and downs that never ends?

Well lets break that thought process down.  If your emotions are like
a rollercoaster then of course they go up and down because that is
what a rollercoaster does.  The ups and downs are usually quick and
scary and very upsetting to the stomach.  Plus there is the fact that
the rollercoaster actually does not have an end, it just goes around and

Ah, the power of the words that we chose.  How about instead of
calling it an emotional rollercoaster we call it an emotional escalator.
Emotions can therefore rise up, slowly, controlled, and have an end point.
Or, emotions can lower, slowly, with control and have an end point.

Be aware of your choice of words.  Words are powerful.

Zen saying

Zen says “Think of all the great words and great
teachings as your deadly enemy. Avoid them,
because you have to find your own source”.

Where do you find your own source? Meditation.

I had a dream last night about meditating with three wolves.
I have been working on some ideas for my career path
and knew this dream had significance.
I was drawn to a website called wolfpie-art.com and these
are the words that spoke to me:

‘Traditionally, someone with” Wolf Medicine” has a strong
sense of self, communicates well through subtle changes in
voice inflection and body movements .They often find new
solutions to problems while providing stability and support
that one normally associates with a family structure’.

Thank you wolfpie!

Its in your hands!

Actually its in your heart. What do you want
for yourself? Can you say the words “I want
………..”(fill in the blank), or do you find yourself
only able to respond regarding what you don’t want?

Ask yourself the question, respond sincerely with
an answer. You are one step closer to becoming
more aware of you! Good work.
